Bitumen emulsion equipment (UVB-1)

GlobeCore bitumen emulsion plants operate by consecutive mixing of components in hydrodynamic mixers at certain pressure and temperature. The unique design ensures instant mixing of components in the stream due to kinetic energy of the bitumen stream and its velocity, which also makes the equipment quite compact. Besides, the hydrodynamic mixer minimizes maintenance and repair costs, since unlike mill, it has no moving grinding parts, which makes it more wear resistance and extends its service life.

 

 

UVB-1 Bitumen emulsion unit 1 m3/hour production capacity

Bitumen emulsion plant UVB-1 is manufactured for production of anionic and cationic bitumen emulsions. Bitumen emulsions are used in road construction for preparation of old road top before application of asphalt concrete, preparation of cold asphalt concrete mixes, surface treatment of road top, preparation of thin film protective coat, road patch repairs etc.The unit can be operated either indoors or outdoors under canopy.

The UVB-1- bitumen unit is designed for the production of anionic and cationic bitumen emulsions, which are used in road construction for the following purposes:

– tack-coating of the old road pavement base before laying new asphalt concrete;

– preparation of cold asphalt concrete mixes;

– surface treatment of pavements;

– thin protective coatings;

– road top patching;

– dampproofing of buildings and structures;

– soft roofs construction and repairing.
